The Customer Service BDC Agent utilizes their selling ability, computer skills, courteous phone manner, and positive attitude to bring clients intoour dealership. Required Duties Include handling heavy Inbound and Outbound Call traffic, strong follow up processes, and a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with each and every customer.

What you will be doing

  • Monitor and respond to all Internet Service leads (referral services and website)
  • Develop service client upon lead receipt
  • Quote pricing, rates and apppointment availability
  • Meet and greet prospects (by appointment) and present and demonstrate service products
