We are seeking sales professionals for our offices in Powell Watson motors automotive group. We are searching for energetic, motivated individuals who are interested in utilizing a consultative selling approach to increase our customer base and help us aggressively grow the business.

Responsibilities
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Develops and maintains on-going networking relationships with local community
Thoroughly understands all existing products and keeps up-to-date on new products
Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
Maintains relationships with existing clients including recommending new products to better serve their needs
Handles customer inquiries when Customer Service Representative is unavailable
Requirements
Portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
Binding authority and license preferred but will help the right candidate obtain license
Previous sales experience required
Excellent at following up with prospects/managing leads
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Passionate about meeting customer needs
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Desire to be active in community
Ability to follow and improve agency processes
