Your responsibilities will be to manage our Allstate agency and our 4 licensed sales producers across our three different dealerships. We are a relatively new start up agency with a strong book of business which is growing month by month. Being located within a car dealership allows us access to hundreds of customers a month ready and willing to purchase auto insurance for their new vehicle. $85,000 salary plus 10% of NET PROFIT. Here are the primary responsibilities:
- Must have a P&C license and have at least five years of previous insurance experience
- Grow our book of business by selling 100+ items a month across our three different dealerships
- Manage our four LSP's and help train them on how to be better producers
- Sell home, auto & life to our wide array customers who walk in our store daily
- Maintain our current book of business by having a strong retention rate
